Matrova's Shadow Hunt is our slowest and most controlled pad yet, built for precision and consistency. It glides smoothly under skates but has just enough texture from the high friction to make it great for games that reward precise and static movements, like TACFPS.
At the same time, its comfortable surface makes it a solid choice for casual players as well. Performance wise, it sits between a mud pad, a control pad, and providing enough dynamic friction to feel controlled without being sluggish and enough static friction for sharp clicks and flicks. The stitching is super thin and sits below the surface, making it almost unnoticeable. It also slopes downward to further reduce any edge interference. The XSOFT PLR base is plush and cushiony, but not so soft that it makes dot skates impractical. Furthermore the logo is lifted to around 0.1 - 0.2mm above surface although this will not affect overall performance due to the size of the pad and the little change it causes when gliding over.
If you're looking for a mouse pad that balances precision, control, and comfort especially for TACFPS the Shadow Hunt is an excellent choice.
Attention : Do NOT use a lint roller or a rough cloth to clean the surface of the mouse pad, Use a wet cloth preferably.
How to clean it:
Step 1: Dampen the pad and wipe down with a wet cloth while adding soap.
Step 2: Scrub with hand under running warm water to rinse out soap.
Step 3: Use a downward rubbing motion under running water with a cloth to remove the remaining soap.
